The mouth of a 22 inch Brown Trout, Medicine Bow National Forest, Wyoming

Just as my friend and I were both about to move on to fish a different stretch of water without any any luck, my friend lands this monstrous fighter of a 22 inch brown trout. (I happened to get GoPro video of the whole thing which may be included in a new fishing video I’m working on!) There is something to be admired about the beautiful colors and patterns on a large fish that has been surviving fisherman for many Wyoming winters!
